About the role
Appointment Setters are the engine of Nexus-Tel. You'll speak with prospects on behalf of our clients, understand what they need, and book qualified meetings for the client's sales team to close. Every appointment you set is tracked, reviewed and recognised.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects from client-provided lists
- Qualify prospects against the client's criteria
- Book appointments and confirm details accurately
- Log every conversation and outcome in our systems
- Hit daily and monthly appointment targets
What we're looking for
- Clear, confident spoken English
- Resilience — you can hear 'no' and keep your energy up
- Attention to detail when capturing prospect information
- Coachable and competitive
Requirements
- Available to work the night shift (US business hours) from our Lahore office
- Comfortable using a computer, headset and CRM-style tools
- Prior sales, telemarketing or customer-service experience is a plus, not a must
