About the role
Cold Callers make the first contact. You'll work from targeted lists, deliver a crisp opening, handle early objections and identify prospects worth a deeper conversation. It's fast-paced, measurable work where communication skill shows immediately.
Responsibilities
- High-volume outbound calling to new prospects
- Deliver the approved opening and adapt to the conversation
- Handle objections professionally
- Identify and hand off interested prospects
- Record call outcomes accurately
What we're looking for
- Natural, engaging phone presence
- Persistence and a positive attitude across a full shift
- Quick thinking and clear articulation
- Willingness to learn from call reviews
Requirements
- Available to work the night shift (US business hours) from our Lahore office
- Fluent spoken English
- Experience in cold calling or telesales is welcome; strong communicators without experience are encouraged to apply
